Qualification Requirements

We'll use the most recent IRS Form 990 to verify the following criteria and select our program participants. 

 
  • Be a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization (box I).
  • Have between 10-100 employees (line 5).
  • Have between $1 million and $20 million in revenue (line 12).

We reserve the right to request and use additional information to qualify applicants for this service.
